It's now Wednesday and we've made it to Minnesota.   Apparently we chose a boring route to get through Wisconsin and there wasn't much to stop for.  I wound up just taking pictures of a couple of houses so I can say I was there.  We're not far into Minnesota and it's already been exciting.  We stopped at a little town called Stillwater and it was full of neat things to see.  We browsed in a huge antique store and then walked through town for a while.  Down to the St. Croix riverbank where there was a lift bridge.  This is where a section of the bridge is raised like an elevator to allow boats to pass underneath.   We watched a paddle boat go down the river and then went back to a place where a bar was build into a cave on the mountainside.  There were steps going to the top of the mountain (157) to be exact.  I only made it about half way up but Mike made it to the top (though it took him a very long time.  By this time we were exhausted and went to our Hotel.  Tomorrow we'll go to the Mall of America and then head towards So. Dakota.  Wish you all were having as much fun as we are.
